Tennessee's Premier Alternative Sentencing Option
DUI, Reckless Driving, Reckless Endangerment
The criminal justice system has the difficult task of keeping us safe and maintaining order in our lawful society. With all the variables being thrown their way, including the ever-present problem of alcohol and drug abuse, the challenges are great. We applaud their efforts.

When a person is convicted of an alcohol or drug related driving offense, they often have a diagnosable substance use disorder. They may need addiction education, counseling, and in some cases medicine. Often, they are incarcerated and begin withdrawal and craving. Most times as soon as they are released, they begin using drugs and alcohol to stop the cravings and withdrawal.

DUI Education Centers alternative sentencing facility is designed to help break the vicious cycle of incarceration then probation, followed by probation violation then incarceration. At DUI Education Centers the client can complete their required jail time in a safe therapeutic environment. The Client is also participating in counseling and developing an ongoing recovery plan for when they discharge from the facility. This can have a major impact on recidivism and jail-overcrowding.

What our former clients are saying
"I had a great experience at DUI Education Centers. The staff there provides an excellent alternative to jail for serving your required time."
"Instead of sitting in jail, you get exposure to the work of Alcoholics Anonymous and complete the mandatory alcohol safety course and Victim Impact Panel while you're there. The instructors and speakers were informative, engaging, and you could tell they're very passionate about what they do."
"The staff was not judgmental at all. The ability to use phones and laptops during downtime was an added bonus."
"If you can attend this facility, you absolutely will benefit to positive changes in your life, in your future. Not only will this benefit you, but your family, your job, your relationships, etc. will all be affected by the things you can learn about yourself, the way you handle stressful situations and above all, the innocent lives that can be affected by your decisions when your brain is impaired."
"This facility is very caring and respectful of whatever may have brought you to this place in your life. I am forever thankful for the opportunity to have grown in the wisdom and confidence I acquired during my 10 days there. A special thanks to Tiffany and all the sweet, compassionate ladies ...you're all awesome!" 😄👍
"The DUI center staff all have a passion to see you make better choices in your future decisions and are willing to talk one on one about any questions you have!"
"Our society needs more rehabilitation programs like this one to stop the epidemic and the threat, driving under the influence can cause. It will make you see life from a different perspective and show you the tools to make better choices!"
"What a life altering experience. I can truly say that I left here well informed and knowledgeable about substance abuse and alcoholism."
'Tiffany and her staff were very welcoming, but stern in their belief of accepting your actions without blame, but rehabilitation. The goal to rehabilitate was evident and I am forever grateful."
"Miss Tiffany and her staff were a tremendous blessing to me in helping me through part of what I have to do to get right with the court system. They were not judgmental. The program that they offer helped me understand myself better and helped me recognize that my consequences could have been much worse."
"I left there a much better person, and I would recommend that anyone who has made the mistake that I did, take the opportunity to let Miss Tiffany and her staff help you like they did me."
